Pattern Trainer — Support
Thanks for using Pattern Trainer. Pattern Trainer is an educational app designed to help you practise recognizing candlestick patterns, understand price action, and track your training performance.
Getting Started Start Training From the Home screen, select Start Training. A training question will present a candlestick chart. Study the price action and select the direction you believe the detected pattern represents.
Review Your Answer After submitting an answer, Pattern Trainer shows the result and reveals the detected pattern. You can review:
The highlighted candle The detected candlestick pattern The expected direction Market context Historical price movement Educational explanation of the pattern Track Your Progress The Stats section provides information about your training performance. Your results are recorded as you complete questions, allowing you to monitor your accuracy and performance across different candlestick patterns.
AI Explanations Pattern Trainer may provide AI-generated educational explanations using Apple’s Foundation Models capabilities on supported devices. AI explanations are intended to help explain the chart and pattern in an accessible way.
They should not be treated as financial advice or guaranteed predictions.
If an explanation is unavailable, the rest of the training experience should remain available.
Training Results Pattern Trainer uses historical chart examples to help you practise pattern recognition. Historical returns shown in the App describe what happened after a particular example in the historical dataset.
They are not predictions of future market performance.
Troubleshooting The chart does not appear correctly Try leaving the training screen and starting another training session. If the problem continues, restart the App.
My statistics are missing Training progress is stored locally on your device. If the App was deleted, its local application data may also have been removed.
AI explanations are unavailable AI explanation availability can depend on your device, operating system, and Apple’s Foundation Models capabilities. You can continue using the core training experience without relying on an AI explanation.
The App appears to have lost my progress Check whether the App has been reinstalled or whether its application data has been removed. Pattern Trainer does not currently maintain a remote account containing your training history.
